This website and ecommerce store are operated by Atman Apparels, trading under the Zuricho brand. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and prices. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable.
Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and include applicable GST where stated. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. We may correct pricing or product-description errors and will contact you if an order is affected.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or an incomplete delivery address. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within India. Standard shipping is ₹99, and free shipping may apply when the order meets the threshold shown at checkout. Estimated transit time is 3–5 days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary because of the delivery location, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and PIN code.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Atman Apparels pays return shipping for approved returns. For damaged or incorrect items, customers may choose a replacement or a refund after review. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. More details are provided in our Refund and Return Policy.
Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for protecting access to their account. Customers must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Intellectual property
The Zuricho name, branding, product images, text, graphics, and other content on this website belong to or are licensed by Atman Apparels. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.
